Odour from food processing vents and chimneys

A typical Air Spectrum solution for combating the odour problems associated with food and drink processing, manufacturing and preparation may include:

Jetstream 100
- a compressed-air misting nozzle system effectively suppressing odour in an extraction or ductwork system. Operated with a simple manual on/off switch and running on compressed air, without electricity, it is ideal for use where ATEX compliant/intrinsically safe units are necessary.

Jetstream 200
– a compressed air misting system, driving multiple nozzles to effectively suppress odour in extraction or ductwork systems, or in localised external applications. The Jetstream 200 features a 7-day timer and requires a compressed air and mains electricity supply. It can also be supplied with pulse control and remote control response facility which can be triggered by an external remote trigger, such as a windswitch.

Jetstream 300
– a compressed air misting nozzle system produces a very fine atomised mist, which is introduced into extraction or ductwork systems, interacting with cooking odours and then neutralising them. Primarily targeting restaurant and take-away facilities, the Jetstream 300 features a built-in compressor and requires a domestic mains electricity supply.

Odr
– recommended for use with Air Spectrum misting equipment, Odr is a non-toxic, food-grade odour neutraliser made from bio-degradable essential oils, which neutralises odours rather than masking them.
